On-Ctrl released its new smart phone APP V1.8 last week. The new APP can fix the problem where Ring was bricked by old APP during Ring firmware update.

Hi, we don't support Insta 360 One X2 on the latest Ring II firmware. Please check our website for the list of supported action cameras.

On the other side, we will try to see how to support Insta 360 One X2 in next software release. Please keep your eyes on our next release which we target to have it in Q3. But not a guarantee!

Hi, normally the fail is caused by Bluetooth re-connection fail before upgrade.

Please try:

1. delete your device from APK by drag it towards LEFT

2.research device by pressing + on top right

3. if device can be found again, please continue sw upgrade.

If above does not work, you have to wait for battery used up, and then recharge it.

The bluetooth re-connection fail is a bug from Bluetooth firmware which is coming from Bluetooth chipset vendor.

Thanks for your question, Ring II pack includes 3 different rubbers to fit 3 different finger sizes. User can check which one fits his or her finger after Ring II pack arrives.

Ring II has no mouse function, it more focus on supporting action camera .

But we are continuously improving Ring Control(not Ring I)mouse performance. we will have new Firmware 42 in Mid-March. And will discuss internally if scrolling speed option can be added in Firmware 42.

The touch module is light sensing, not pressure or capacitive sensing. The working area is 1mmx1mm in the center, and the fingers should completely cover the center of the circle when swiping.

注：1、苹果因系统原因暂不支持此操作；2、此操作在PC上演示PPT时通过点击OFN光学触控翻到下一页，长按TS物理键1秒钟返回上一页的操作无比顺滑；

安卓/苹果/鸿蒙：浏览模式下连击两次OFN光学触控紧接着做一次上滑操作是返回手机HOME页面。

注：PC下不支持此操作
