I just got the Ring 2 a couple of days ago. I charged it over the last day and am trying it out for the first time. I paired it with my Samsung S26 Ultra but couldn't get the function to work, as expected. I installed the Ctrl4U app and updated firmware to v42. When I went back in the app it stated that there is a newer version v43? (at least for the camera control portion). It started the update and hung during the update. Now the ring won't work at all - no lights on the ring no matter what action I take - press the tactile button rapidly as well as holding it down for a long time. Nothing at all. No lights and the app doesn't show the ring as connected to it. I tried putting on the charger but still no luck. Is there a hard reset/reboot? What are next steps?

I haven't charged my Ring 2 for a week, hoping it would completely discharge so I could restart it after charging it yesterday. However, it hasn't charged and won't turn on. I hope support will get in touch and offer a solution.
